Angelo Castiello having long experience in real estate sector, being a professional condominium administrator who has relevant qualification and comply with the eligibility requirements provided by the law, memeber of the A.I.A.C. and registered in the national association by no. BS1927, with Professional insurance policy, carries out the activity of condominium administrator ad remains at your disposal to give a service adequate to expectations and to guarantee a qualified, serious, effective, transparent condominum management approch, oriented towards the efficiency and enhancement of the property.

Our office operates every weekdays, by appointment, we are available for a visit scheduled through our site too and in case of emergncies, it is possibile to make an appointment even outside working hours. 

We have a team of qualified and skillful professionals and craftsman available upon your request.

Our goal is to simplify procedures for you. In the “Customer area” section you can download the form to  receive the informations and communications only by e-mail to avoid waste of time and reduce administration costs.

CONDOMINUM ADMINISTRATION

Ordinary and extraordinary condominum management by qualified professional in accordance with the law. Managing a condominum involves managing the most important asset of a family, the hose or in the case of a professional commercial activity, the workplace. For these reasons we guarantee a profesional and efficient service that starts from a quote and free inspection.

Ordinary management includes: 

  • annual ordinary meeting
  • legal rapresentation of the Condominum 
  • keeping the records of the Condominium
  • protection and compliance with the rules of the building regulations
  • execution of shareholders meeting resolutions
  • condominum bank account management 
  • annual report and budget report for the following year

Extraordinary mangement, in accordance with the meaning of the word, includes all items not included in the ordinary.

CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS

We offer consulting, drafting and reviewing of this indispensable tool for regulating condominium life. The condominum is a social microcosm with systems of relationship and forms of forced communion. The condominum life is regulated by law, special laws and by the Condominuim Regulations. The Condominuim Regulations can be of a contractual, assembly or judicial nature and compliance with art. 1138 is mandatory when there are more then ten condominiums.

INCOME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Drafting and registration of retal contracts. We offer the management service of your apartment with the drafting and registration of rental contracts as well as guaranteeing assistance on time, in case of need.

DRONE INSPECTION

A quick way to insepct hard-to-reach places on your property like roof surface. Using a drone allows viewing, taking photos and video at high resolution, wich will be the starting point for a detailed knowledge of the working state.

Download, fill in and send us the documents available online with complete autonomy. The key is to simplify your life, in the “customers area” you can download present documents to notify us of the change in the condominium registry and much more. Once completed, you can send them to us by e-mail or if you prefer deliver them to us personally or by post service.

We are open from Monday to Frday duing office hours by appointment.

9.00-12.00 and  from 14.30-18.00 – Monday through Friday. In case of emergencies, it is possible to make an appointment even outside office hours. We are available for a visit scheduled through our site in addition to telephone availability.
